I am currently a technical lead for a hypervisor product. My career has primarily been focused on low-level security and performance for quasi-embedded systems, but I also have experience with reverse engineering and machine learning applications. I am passionate about using modern technologies like rust to improve the security posture of products and would like to continue to work in that area.Re: Ask HN: Who wants to be hired? (August 2021)

I'm finishing up my masters and plan to defend my masters thesis next week (artificial immune systems in industrial controls systems). I was previously an energy engineer and my bachelor's is in mechanical engineering. I'd like to move towards either a development role or a data science/machine learning role. Have a group of more experienced programmers to mentor me is very important to me. I have a lot to learn but I'm also passionate about making things, so I'm hoping my next role can scratch that itch.
