I would just embrace the situation and use the opportunity get out of the Facebook ecosystem.
I did so more than a year ago, and couldn't be happier

#221. Buy a oculus or portal product 2. Use the online help to unlock the account Sad to say, that's the only way other than knowing someone who works for these companies :(
UPDATE: Thank you for this advice. My girlfriend was able to recover her account by telling Oculus support that she wanted to buy a product, but wouldn’t commit to it unless she knew her account would be usable.
