EDIT: Looks like it's an issue when coupled with Google's public DNS servers

    $ host hirewhen.com 8.8.8.8

    Address: 8.8.8.8#53
    Aliases:
    Host hirewhen.com not found: 2(SERVFAIL)
ISP DNS servers work fine.
