Iudex is a next generation observability tool. Our goal is to improve dev velocity by surfacing post deployment information intelligently by serving developers first. Our low cost, wide ranging framework integrations, and ease-of-us allow us to support both start ups and any enterprise looking to make their devs faster.

We are funded by Pear VC and are a very early stage company. We're looking for a founding engineer and engineers -- folks who are passionate about making awesome tools for their fellow engineers and are interested learning how to use AI to further this goal for both internal and external tools.

I don't know if I'd outright call them fake but I've gone through https://hnhiring.com/ which aggregates these posts a few times with an absolutely impeccable and perfect resume for some companies in a fairly niche role, I'm a Staff level SRE, so way less common than a SWE, less job postings, and I've never received a reply to any of them when I can absolutely guarantee you that me as a hiring manager seeing my resum…

I was in a similar boat last fall - I was looking for work, and it was a really rough go. I know my resume, and I've point for hiring off and on for years - like yours, my experience is _pretty good_. It was close to murder getting a job.

My working thesis is that there were a lot of senior/staff SREs on the market, so a normally unusual & fantastic resume was just normal.

this looks like something i could host for the community, but wayback is having issues letting me look at more than just the page you linked. If you remember anything about the architecture or how the data was portrayed/displayed, email me at my webzone (i just updated my profile).

It looks like it was manually vetted, which i could not do for the community. i could see it being gamified or otherwise attacked, and i'm loathe to say it but LLM+RAG and a way for users to flag records might suffice to start.

In fact, what might be easier is a fediverse bot or similar that is both input from users to a job posting URL, as well as posting automatically vetted "excluded in " that's backed by an rss feed of a simple LIFO index page. That way you get the best of all three worlds for the UI and i don't have to set up email.
