Epistemic AI is looking for a self-starting and emotionally intelligent Business Development Executive to expand the company’s client base in the biomedical research field. *Responsibilities*

- Take ownership of the sales process from start to finish: prospecting, cold calling / outreach, pipeline management, lead product demonstrations, and contract negotiations - Maintain new client relationships to address needs and gauge product feedback, leveraging technical and scientific team members’ expertise - Devise community engagement and marketing strategies to generate and nurture leads - Help direct and create marketing materials needed in the sales process - Take part in hiring of future sales team members

*Qualifications*

- 5+ years of experience in direct sales to the life sciences or medical markets (ideally experienced with selling SaaS, but will also consider other pharma and medical device sales) - Preferably a B.S. degree in a relevant life science discipline (e.g. biotechnology, biochemistry, biology preferred) - Proactive mindset / “hunter” mentality with strong sense of responsibility, accountability ownership. Should be results oriented and able to operate effectively working in a virtual environment (home-based work) - Excellent communication skills: writing emails (internal/external), speaking on the phone, presenting in person with gravitas - Ability to work with CRM and MS applications

We're building the best way for the elderly age group to find their dream care home. There are huge opportunities in the sector for technology to improve the way care homes are built, used and run.

We launched with our MVP a few weeks ago. We’re looking for our first in-house engineer to help us iterate away from MVP and grow a team.

The site is built in Wordpress but we know we need to move away from that ASAP. Some components are React already so the stack will likely be React + [backend of your choice].

We try to make our technical interview process very practical and fair. We want to understand your skills and get a sense of what it's like to work together. For example, we don't use LeetCode, whiteboarding, ask you to recite an algorithms, etc.

Here's some extra info about us:

ProcedureFlow is not your typical flowchart tool. We took the good parts, like the visual map, and fixed all the bad things:

  • The "editing" experience is secondary. Viewing and navigating the flows is the priority.
  • We democratize your company's procedures. The flows are meant to be used and improved by everyone at your company.
  • We only have so many shapes that can be added. You don't just drag/drop a "rectangle" and make it purple. You add an "action" shape that has semantics.
  • We recommend making smaller flows and linking them together rather than one big flowchart understood by a few people.
