Hi, I'm an engineer with 7 years of experience looking for a new challenge. I've spent a lot of time in the Kubernetes space and am very comfortable with Kubernetes and adjacent tech (Istio, ArgoCD, Helm, Prometheus/Grafana), but I'm also a strong software engineer (TypeScript, Golang, Python). I've also done some work lately as a technical product manager on internal developer platforms. I'm a great writer and communicator, and I can lead and organize multiple teams toward a technical or non-technical goal.

I'm open to a variety of work. I'm a quick learner and love picking up new tech, so as long as you're ok with giving me some gentle guidance on idioms and libraries I'm confident I can pick up whatever tech stack you need me to work on. I'm naturally very curious, and if you're working in an interesting industry with a great product that doesn't exploit its users, I'm eager to build something great with you. Above all, I'm looking for a company that has a strong purpose and values that match my own.

A note on remote: this is a hard requirement for me. The only exception might be a 'synchronized hybrid' where everyone is in the office on the same day(s), but that seems rare and you'd also need an office in Vancouver.

Hello! I'm a new software developer with experience building full-stack web applications and rapid prototypes. Recently built a social network to support positive habits. Currently working on full-stack apps with AI integrations. Non-software background: I ran a successful greenhouse farm for ten years and also gave workshops on empathetic communication (to clients such as wikimedia). Entrepreneurial but also humble, productive alone and on a team, passionate person looking for entry-level position.
