I've spent the last 15 years mostly as the tech lead in various transformation projects in large banks, programming was my secondary skillset that I usually used to save the day when one of the contractors failed to deliver and to relax after work (interpreters and compilers are my latest passion). However, right now I am trying to relocate, and redirecting my career path back to software engineering seems like a better choice.

Hi there, I am a 20 year old student + freelance developer looking for a summer internship or a part time freelance job for when I am done working at my current freelance position. I founded a software development startup which I worked at for 3 years, then I had an internship at Optical Engines, Inc. this past summer. Now I am working at Dugan Dentistry building an image processing app for dentists to use with their patients.

I am a senior at Colorado School of Mines and I am pursuing my masters in computer science this coming year. I am willing to relocate for an internship over the summer, but I am unable to relocate outside of the summer because I will be in school.

Decades of programming. Solid computing system fundamentals. Problem solving. Brainstorming. Prototyping. Communication. Technical team lead. Software architect. SRE-ish. Author of cheatsheet on Software Performance & Scalability. Tech research, due diligence and consulting for US State Department to help bolster national/allied public APD defenses. Indie game engine & personal tool creator since childhood. Wrote, shipped & sold a zombie apocalypse sim a decade ago, directly to the public. Lately I have 2 side projects in free time: building a sim (in Go) about dire threats to democracy & climate (along with possible fixes); and writing a book on performance & scalability (in public view in my GitHub). Challenge me to unlock the most value and deliver biggest impact.
