Switch Growth (https://www.switchgrowth.com/careers) | Director / Senior Engineer | Toronto, Canada | UTC-3 to UTC-8

====

I’m the CTO of a startup called Switch Growth and we’re hiring right now to staff up our engineering team.

We have built a platform (Ruby/Rails, lots of background processing) that allows our clients to advertise online in a privacy-centric way while also preparing them for the cookie-less future web. We've been seeing amazing growth and I think the next couple of years will be really exciting.

We have two job descriptions up right now: Director of Engineering and Senior Software Engineer.

Please take a look here: https://switchgrowth.com/careers

As for compensation, we targeting a competitive base salary that will align with experience, plus meaningful equity. We are a tight team and it’s important for us to make these early hires feel like part owners in the company through good options packages.

We are a small team currently, so anyone hired in the next ~6 months will have a HUGE role is helping guide the company's tech strategy, architecture and culture.

If this sounds like something you're interested in, I'd love to get on a call and chat!

WunderGraph | Full Stack Engineers | REMOTE (United States, Canada, and Europe), FULL-TIME | https://solstice-ambulance-1e7.notion.site/Senior-Fullstack-...

A common problem that you're faced with when building web applications is that each application requires a unique composition of internal and external APIs, databases, file storages and authentication providers. Once you've created such a composition, it needs to be enriched with business logic and data transformations using Middleware functions.

Companies keep inventing their own solutions to this problem, the most famous one is based on the BFF pattern (Backend for Frontend), where you create a specific backend for each individual frontend. But even with the BFF pattern, the flow is still not standardized, so companies are re-inventing the wheel over and over again.

WunderGraph set sail to solve this problem. We're building on open standards, like GraphQL, REST, OpenAPI OpenID Connect, OAuth2, AsyncAPI and more to create a standardized approach to creating API Compositions and Integrations.

Radar Labs | Software Engineers & Technical PMs (infra, platform, data, full-stack, mobile) | Remote US / New York City | Full Time

https://radar.com Radar Labs is a location infrastructure SaaS platform.

We've recently raised our Series C and are a small, but mighty engineering team (9 engineers!). We're based across the US, with an HQ in NYC in Union Square.

There's a ton of opportunity to make an impact and work on a variety of things, as we're a pretty fluid team:

- Infrastructure (e.g. Evaluate our production workloads on ARM64 and build out our AWS stack with Terraform CDK)

- Platform (e.g. Build out abstractions for our product engineers to ingest and compute geo queries at high-scale)

- Data (e.g. Process, deduplicate, and evaluate 10s of millions of POIs from a variety of vendors and open data)

- Mobile (e.g. building a control system that automatically configures optimizing battery-life and location accuracy for different use-cases over time)

- Product (e.g. build tools to visualize and debug location data at scale)

We power location experiences for over 100M devices, serving over 10k QPS of geo queries. The numbers are growing day-by-day!

Hey there - my name's Tim and I'm a cofounder at Passthrough. My other cofounders and I came from Carta and Google before launching the company.

We make investing in venture & private equity as simple as buying stock on Robinhood by building persistent, re-usable financial identities for investors. But we're also fund closing rails (i.e. the process of investing into a private fund) that anyone can inject into their website.

You'll have to develop a deep understanding of the entire product and the freedom to work on projects that align with your goals and ours. We've got an extremely talented 8-person R&D org today. Reach out if you'd like to join us.
