Veedma | Founding Product Engineer + Founding Growth Engineer | Remote (US) | Full-time | $150-200k + 1.0-1.25% equity | https://app.dover.com/jobs/veedma

Veedma is a telehealth practice for men's hormonal and sexual health. We treat low testosterone, ED, and vitamin D deficiency in men 18 and up, fully online. Cash-pay subscription covers consultations, lab panels twice yearly, prescribed medications, and unlimited messaging. Clinically Enclomiphene-only; we don't offer testosterone replacement therapy.

Founder-led: an MD urologist (CEO) and a software CTO (ex-Yva.ai, acquired by Visier). The platform is AI-native by default: both founders code in Claude Code every day, production calls OpenAI's API from Python, Akute is the EHR, Stripe handles billing.

Two founding seats, both reporting to the founders directly:

* Founding Product Engineer ($160-200k + equity). Python/Flask/Postgres/Celery. Own patient flows, EHR and billing integrations, internal clinical tooling, and the in-product LLM layer. 7+ years shipping production web apps, most of them in healthcare. Apply: https://app.dover.com/apply/Veedma/8f5e6d01-75f1-46a8-b5b7-9...

* Founding Growth Engineer ($150-190k + equity). A builder who happens to do growth. No paid budget, no agency. You ship landing pages, scrapers, creator outreach pipelines, referral loops. 7+ years in organic / partnerships growth, most of them in healthcare. Apply: https://app.dover.com/apply/Veedma/d39d76d3-e968-407c-b268-0...

Bar for both: Claude Code is your primary tool (6+ months daily, you write skills and wire up MCP servers). Healthcare in your background and where you want to stay. AI-native, not AI-curious.

Both: remote US, async-first with US-hours overlap, full-time, 1.0-1.25% equity. All roles: https://app.dover.com/jobs/veedma

I've decided to no longer post here after the incredible amount of spam I started receiving, both in terms of direct email submissions as well as unqualified and outright fraudulent applications to my application tracking system. By fraudulent I mean: fake resumes, names stolen from real developers who work at well-known companies but either don't have a linkedin/portfolio or do have a linkedin/portfolio without a pr…

Plenty of this happening on the other end too. I've received the same exact spam e-mail about an open position from 3 different e-mail addresses / names. It's nuts.

On an unrelated note, your localias project is really cool! Going to give it a spin tonight.

Laminar Engineering | Full-Stack CV/ML Systems Engineer | Contract | REMOTE

Laminar Engineering builds real-time computer vision systems for airborne detection and tracking of drones, combining multispectral sensing and edge inference. We’re delivering this for a client, and we’re looking for a versatile engineer to join the R&D effort. This is a role for someone who thrives with autonomy when given a clear end state. More details to be shared with the right candidates.

The role spans the whole pipeline, from data to deployed system: CV/ML on NVIDIA edge devices (Jetson / TensorRT / DeepStream), real-time video processing and multi-object tracking, camera/gimbal control, dataset collection and curation, model training and evaluation, backend infrastructure and APIs, and operator-facing dashboards. You’d own deployed vision systems end to end, including diagnosing and fixing real-world failures in live video.

Strong fit: applied CV and perception, including tracking, real-time pipelines, and NVIDIA edge deployment, plus strong Python and comfort across the stack. Relevant experience: PyTorch, TensorRT/ONNX, DeepStream/GStreamer, embedded Linux, and frontend work for operator tooling.

Remote contract, flexible hours, some overlap with UTC-05 preferred.

Email hiring@laminr.co and mention HN.

Strobe Power | Founding Engineer | ONSITE (Brooklyn or SF) | https://strobepower.com

AI data centers are creating a massive new wave of electricity demand, and the grid is already stretched. Strobe is building an autonomous power company to help meet that demand: software that turns buildings, batteries, EVs, and generators into a distributed power plant that can buy, sell, and dispatch electricity in real time.

We’re a 6-person, well-funded team backed by top investors. This is early, high-ownership, and very real-world: the software you build will control physical assets and move money in energy markets. We are the only company actively trading distributed power in New York - the space is entirely new and unlocked by recent FERC regulation.

I’m looking for a staff engineer to own the data integrations and cloud infrastructure that make the whole system work. That means connecting to utilities, grid operators, OEM hardware, weather providers, and our optimization engine — then making sure it all runs reliably when market events are happening and dollars are on the line.

You’d work on things like:

* Wholesale market integrations with NYISO, CAISO, ERCOT: pricing, capacity markets, dispatch signals * OEM hardware integrations for monitoring, control, and telemetry * Utility data pipelines, including Green Button Connect / ESPI, interval usage, billing, and meter data from utilities like ConEd, PG&E, and SCE * Weather forecast pipelines feeding our scheduling engine * Event-driven AWS infrastructure using Lambda, API Gateway, AppSync/GraphQL, EventBridge, IoT Core, Timestream, Amplify, and CloudWatch * Terraform IaC, observability, alerting, and the reliability work needed when downtime has real financial consequences

Good fit if you have deep AWS experience, have used Terraform seriously in production, and write a lot of Python. Energy experience is a plus, but not required. Experience with utilities, government APIs, OEMs, hardware, telemetry, or other “real world is messy” systems is very relevant.

Stack: Python, TypeScript, Rust, Terraform, AWS, GraphQL/AppSync, MQTT, Grafana. We use an AI-agent-optimized monorepo and are investing heavily in agent-enabled engineering efficiency.

Small team, no layers, high trust.
