Your description sounds good for the students but probably bad for the teachers w/r/t pay. Is that accurate?

Academy Of Mine | Philadelphia/South Jersey region | US Citizens/Permanent Residents only | Various roles (Tech/PM/Sales/Marketing) 75K-100K base | https://www.academyofmine.com

We are a small bootstrapped team (edtech B2B SAAS) and looking to add a few roles including Technical Customer Support, Product Management, Sales and Marketing. We are looking to get to a growth phase in 2022 and I am hiring for all of these roles. Ideal candidate should be willing to work at a small company and enjoy the challenges that it brings. Hit me up directly (I am the founder).

Our customers: We server mostly B2B (Smaller to Mid Size mostly but have some larger orgs as well). They typically use the platform to setup training for their own customers/partners etc. Very professional in nature. Think Safety Training or Health care related training, Continuing Education etc.

Money and Benefits: For all roles, the base range will be 75K-100K plus bonus/commissions etc. We pay full health insurance, a 401K plan (after initial 90 day period) and training budget (we are edtech after all).

Equity/Partnership: Possible after minimum 18 months of employment. Will really depend more on you than us.

Cannot do 100% remote for many reasons but the right candidate can work from home 2-3 days a week after an initial period. So you must be able to commute to our office in South Jersey/Cherry Hill/Philadelphia region.

Recruiters welcome if you can find us the best candidates.
