I can’t speak for everywhere in the company, but my job is fairly relaxed. Good work-life balance, most collaborative work environment I’ve been in, and lots of autonomy. I did have a period of 2 months where I was working 80 hour weeks, but it was due to a very unique confluence of events including a reorg, and highly abnormal from my understanding, but I was rewarded for it by getting a couple of extra days off.
