I could be wrong, but I think Saturday is a great day for these threads. The work week is mainly relevant to people in 9-to-5 jobs. That boss can only fire you so quickly once you start looking because he's already been looking. And he likes not only having that freedom, but that you do not.

They don't know what loyal means. Don't kill yourself trying to show them.
