Entrepreneur-founder with technical skills in modern JS technologies. Although I have worked with core engineers, such as the inventor of JavaScript and browser developers; I never worked as a core engineer but always under marketing. Consider myself a JS protyper, UX-UI developer; but one that have a wider view of what happens with servers, client and HTTP networking.
Check this point of view based on writings and what I do. First, examples of front-end with UX and UI work:
* http://vanessaoliveirapsi.psc.br/ * http://mariarita-dermatologista-mrclinica.meplex.com.br/ * http://www.mgalli.com/
Example of server-rendered graphics:
* http://vanessaoliveirapsi.psc.br/about (the HTML template is rendered by a headless browser in the backend)
Back-end for this project? Yes, Docker, NodeJS. But keep in mind that it is an MVP. Therefore, from the procuct perspective, it lives to test hypothesis and not with the goal of scaling.
Now, regarding technical writing and articles:
[Using JavaScript to translate crypto trade records from CSV to JSON | by Marcio S Galli | Geek Culture | May, 2021 | Medium](https://medium.com/geekculture/using-javascript-to-translate...)
[Using Binance API to get the user’s trading history | by Marcio S Galli | JavaScript in Plain English](https://javascript.plainenglish.io/using-binance-api-to-get-...)
As a non-native English writer, I use Grammarly. I am also learning English grammar and I am always interested in improving communication.

I'm currently Head of Software Engineering at a startup I helped take to ~$10M as engineer #1. Have experience in edge technologies and building out multiple large platforms that have been successful. Looking for a fun team where I can shape the culture of early start ups while working on meaningful technology.
Specific skills are all over the place as I'm a full-stack dev in every sense of the word. I have plenty of experience working in every "layer" of technology, from PCB design and manufacturing to firmware, web-based backend/frontend, devops/infrastructure work, computer vision, etc. I'm super passionate about coding in general and always love a challenge.
Reach out if you think we can build something interesting together.

Hi! I'm Doug, a PhD Candidate at Michigan State University (defended May 11th, working on edits, degree expected this summer). I focus on understanding how neural networks process information using information-theoretic tools (my dissertation work is primarily in neuroevolution, although I have some ML/DL experience). I'm looking for an opportunity to apply my knowledge to solve problems in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or Deep Learning and to create intelligent systems.
