I've gotten out of the habit of checking blogs on the regular (which is a bad thing), but I do catch up on these when it crosses my mind: - http://rachelbythebay.com/ - https://www.hanselman.com/blog/

Have you thought of getting a RSS feed reader so you don't have to check? I use Feedbro which is also a browser extension so its very easy to see when theres a new post.
