Physics major (Bachelors of Science) turned software developer. On year as a backend developer at a common lisp shop. Looking to move to a linux based company. (macOS as workstation computer/laptops is great too!). Avid learner, currently finish up Designing Data Intensive applications.

Would be glad to work at a company that uses a functional language, such as Haskell, especially if they don't expect new employees to come in already knowing the language.

Ambitious: only been at the company a year and spent a significant amount of time this summer directing an intern, overhauled the build system the company uses internally (set up jenkins over previous system).

Eager to learn as much as I can.
