"It's done when it's done" is perfectly acceptable for any particular feature. Just chunk them roughly into 'releases' and only ever make firm commitments about the stuff you're working on now.

Thanks for posting this. You know, if you can agree on the order , you don't have to specify dates... "It's done when it's done" is perfectly acceptable for any particular feature. Just chunk them roughly into 'releases' and only ever make firm commitments about the stuff you're working on now .
