Also just having the ease of access to an LLM means you're more likely to reach for it. Combined with intermittent rewards, it's mentally exhausting.

#126i'm not a dev. but i do a lot of stuff with claude code. waiting for the answer is tiring. i run different terminals on a project so i can skip one to the next. tiring as well because you need to be focused on the multi session but much better than prompting and wait.
