I'm a developer who believes code isn't valuable unless it's used. That's why I start with conversations, not commits. I work to understand real problems before reaching for shiny new packages. I build tools that are simple, effective, and easy to adopt. My goal is always to solve the problem and make sure people know there’s a solution.

In my next role, I'm looking to work with a team that values clarity and impact. I'm especially interested in data heavy environments where thoughtful tooling can make workflows better.

Most recently, I built [Buckaroo](https://github.com/paddymul/buckaroo) an open source data table for Jupyter using Pandas/Polars. It combines fast rendering, summary stats, and a low-code UI. It scratches an itch I've had for over a decade and has already streamlined my own analysis workflow.

Senior Frontend Engineer — I help startups ship fast and stay focused

10+ years building web products from scratch, often with small teams and directly with founders.

· At Glean.ai, launched first revenue features and supported Series A

· At SolarisBank, built a frontend framework that cut dev time and sped up onboarding

Remote-first (was onsite in SF & Berlin). I focus on UX, delivery, and working independently. Open to full-time or part-time roles. If you need someone to own the frontend and move fast, I'm happy to chat.

I'm a senior full-stack web and game developer with over 10 years of professional experience. I love building things from the ground up and products that have lots of user interaction (I can't wait for more webGPU adoption). If you've got a big nebulous idea and you want someone to turn it into a concrete piece of code, I'm your dev.

Hi, I'm Andrew Trettel. I'm a scientist with a PhD in mechanical engineering looking for any potential opportunities outside of academia and research labs. I have over a decade of experience in scientific research, especially on the numerical side. I have years of experience in writing software for and running large simulations on high-performance computing (HPC) systems. I have also developed software for non-scientific purposes, like creating user interfaces for desktop applications. I have years of experience working with large datasets, including the tasks of calculating statistics and developing hypotheses/models/theories from data. I've worn many hats over the years and love learning new and interesting topics.

Hi! I'm Matt. Good at leading teams, good at hands-on problem solving. I don't particularly care about the title. Looking for a technical leadership role (e.g., Director/Sr Mgr Engineering, or Senior/Staff Engineer, depending on whether it's management or hands-on).

I'd also be interested in (and good at) fractional / consulting work or team coaching.

I do my best work as a strong #2, supporting a leader that values ideas and feedback, whether in a management or IC role. (Working Geniuses: invention and enablement. Working Frustrations: galvanizing and tenacity)

Hey there! I'm a software engineer based in Chicago with 11+ yoe working in consulting and startups. I've had a good amount of exposure and experience across the stack, working with devops heavy projects, microservices APIs, and frontend applications. Most recently I've been deep in the world of data cleansing/pipelining/analytics, but not sure if I want to continue that path or return to more traditional application systems development. I'm open to senior/lead eng roles at product shops or consulting shops. Would love to either work in an interesting tech stack or solve interesting domain problems. Would love to be in a role that's science/environment/medicine adjacent. Preference for teams with mature CI/CD and testing practices
