I'm a true generalist who's especially motivated by the promise of Rust, particularly in embedded contexts. I really love working close to the metal, no matter the language. Mostly though, I just want to find a place where I get to solve problems for people along with a good team. I've been in the industry for decades (in the plural), and I've been fortunate enough to do infosec, SRE, embedded work, DX/dev advocacy, Rust training, write distributed systems, and much much more. My ideal role/level is as a team lead who gets to ship code.
