Decades of programming. Solid computing system fundamentals. Problem solving. Brainstorming. Prototyping. Communication. Technical team lead. Software architect. SRE-ish. Author of cheatsheet on Software Performance & Scalability. Tech research, due diligence and consulting for US State Department to help bolster national/allied public APD defenses. Indie game engine & personal tool creator since childhood. Wrote, shipped & sold a zombie apocalypse sim a decade ago, directly to the public. Lately I have 2 side projects in free time: building a sim (in Go) about dire threats to democracy & climate (along with possible fixes); and writing a book on performance & scalability (in public view in my GitHub). Challenge me to unlock the most value and deliver biggest impact.

Hi! My name is Natalia. I'm interested in UX/UI Design.
As an architect with 10 years experience, I decided to turn my creative skill set towards IT industry. I have experience managing projects, working with various stakeholders, building trust and ensuring that clients' needs are met. I ran projects up to 3 people, coordinated the work of the team and other industries, participated in weekly business and technical meetings with the client and on the construction site.
I love architecture and IT as well. When I went to the university I chose architecture. Now I can see that the IT is extremely interesting and has developed so much recently that I would love to try my hand in this direction. In my high school and university days, I also had lectures in programming, analytics, graphics and other subjects related to IT - I did really well there.
When I went on a maternity leave, I had a lot of time to think so I decided it was time to switch to IT. This started with a Women's Career Day in IT workshops. I was inspired by speakers and their stories so I decided to act. I have already invested in improving my qualifications and recently completed 2 design courses. One of them was an UX Designer Bootcamp, the second one was a web and UI Design course. Both of them guide through the entire design process. After these few months, I know it's for me, I really like doing it.
I'm eager to learn new technologies, so my daily work with a team is as best as possible. I will appreciate a chance to prove my skills, ways of working and attitude.
You can find my e-mail in my profile.
Best,
Natalia

Not looking for a technical position, instead interested in developing sensible UX design paradigms for early stage products.
