On the other hand, job-seekers who have been here for longer than a few months probably remember the hiring threads always happen on the 1st. I think that's easier to remember than "1st of the month, unless that falls on a weekend, then it's the 1st business day following the 1st of the month"; which tends to get further conflated to include holidays.
Hehe. And also, if you look at the account posting these threads, "whoishiring", you'll see that it says: > This account automatically submits a 'Who is Hiring?
