kCura is hiring for the position of Technical Architect - Security. This person will own secure application development for all of kCura and raise security awareness across the organization with a strong focus on the Product Development department. We are looking for someone who has a background in commercial software development, is familiar with tools such as Burp and Metasploit, and has experience with penetration testing or vulnerability research.
In this highly-collaborative position the architect will work with many teams within kCura:
* Work with Scrum Teams and architects to promote security-focused design in our products
* Work with the PM Team to increase security awareness
* Work with Infrastructure Teams to increase deployment security
* Maintain a backlog of security-related tools that will improve the maintainability and security of our code
* Respond promptly and in detail to customer-sponsored penetration tests
