Dark mode is for people who have their monitor brightness set way too high. I'm serious - try it. Only issue is that some monitors' dimmest setting is still too bright. You could also get a user-styles extension.

I know that there are probably extensions etc but I'm in my bedroom now and the room is not lit like an office and the site is really bright :) For us "geeks", although I appreciate the minimalism, I'm sure that we enjoy dark theme everywhere.

Are you one of those who code with light mode?

Yes indeed I am. It's the most comfortable for me, reduces eye strain, and helps keep me alert.
