Hello! I'm Jordan, a senior engineer/software consultant/fCTO with over 20 years of experience in full-stack web and hybrid mobile app development. I take pride in writing clean code, refactoring, writing tests, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the CI environment. Throughout my career, I have established and enforced coding standards across projects, and I've provided valuable feedback and mentoring to the developers I've managed.

As a trained Agile Scrum Master, I can seamlessly integrate into Agile team environments and contribute effectively from day one. Whether it's launching green field projects or revamping large codebases with minimal understanding, I am adaptable and driven to succeed.

Being a US/Canadian Dual Citizen, I am currently living in Boise, ID, but I am open to remote opportunities. My expertise makes me an ideal candidate for a Software Developer or Team Lead role. If you would like to know more about my qualifications, feel free to reach out to me. I look forward to connecting with you!

Hello I am looking for 10-20 hours a week of unpaid work on a remote basis. I am currently a self-taught developer who would love a chance to see how I can contribute to a team.

I'm quite confident that my technical skills would be sufficient to tackle some tasks, but I would get a lot of value from code review/feedback.

I've spent a lot of time studying the modern Javascript/Typescript stack and I'm comfortable working with git and similar technologies. Happy to work on a variety of projects from open source to more commercial software.

Happy to chat with any one, or try my hand at whatever tasks you have. I could well surprise you with what I can do! And if it doesn't work out, then we can move on.

I worked as the lead UX/UI designer and frontend engineer for a small startup for the last 3 years (I am also very proficient in backend and frequently contribute to backend features). I'm most interested in working for smaller companies that value a healthy work-life balance, offer a 100% remote structure, and provide an environment where I can continue to wear multiple hats and focus on crafting great user experiences.

Prior to my current job I built and ran my own SaaS side hustle for a while which led to more than $50k in revenue and helped me develop my skill interacting with customers and understanding their needs. I also designed video content and packaging that was used at retail stores around the United States.
