Keep exploring in github, linkedin for direct hires. Have a good mechanism to shortlist. Good mechanism to evaluate. Good mechanism to validate culture fit
Sadly not many appreciate ESOPs though.

#13I think H1B visas might be the perfect choice for your company. Import highly experienced resources from third world countries that dream of living in the US. Pay them subsistence salaries. Let the resources know that you will terminate their visa if they complain about low pay or high workload. Win win for everyone!
sound cynical and most people think business cannot succeed if they do like this. but you can. you can build over $1 trillion USD market cap. company i referring to is Amazon. entire amazon campus basically 1 h1b visa holder after another. everyone of them i worked with say they only dealing with abuse because need to leave country if they quit and they scare of get PIP ..amazon process led by manager and hr to fire…
