Hey! I have almost six years of professional experience in Frontend development. I have been a cofounder of a software agency for over two years. I love working with UI and UX and fixing the business logic of the apps, I'm a problem solver. I have worked mostly with the US, UK, IE, and DE clients.

I have managed small teams of FE/BE devs.

I wrote an ebook for Frontend Developers called "Frontend Unicorn".

Here you can see some of the projects that I worked on: https://albertwalicki.com/portfolio

I have some professional back-end experience with Clojure, but I am generally interested in any role involving the language. I've also used libraries like Reagent, Selmer, etc. in my personal projects. In general, I have a wide variety of personal projects spanning multiple different tasks (image decoding, web apps, and some libraries I maintain on my own) that I can gladly send over via e-mail.

Hi, I'm a senior machine learning engineer at an applied AI company / AI consultancy for the last 3 years. Been working on projects across industries (healthcare, government, online retail, consumer business), and a big handful of different technologies to deliver impactful machine learning systems. I've also co-created and delivered internal training courses for more junior engineers and data scientists around API development and MLOps topics. Been doing hiring, and engineering management across our MLE team. Before this I was a physics post-doc, a fleet operations engineer of an IoT startup, helped found a hackerspace in Taiwan, and dipped my feet into the entrepreneur world by taking on the StartupBus.
