Herman Miller Aeron. I use a medium, there are 3 sizes. You can tell what size by the number of dots on the top back of the seat between the netting and plastic. They're quite expensive but you can sometimes find them cheaper on eBay, office liquidations, and used on craigslist. I bought one of these at a dot com bust auction around 2000 and it’s still my daily driver. +1, highly recommended.

I use an Eames lounge an adjustable keyboard arm and a cantilevered UHD monitor. I've got a foam roller that I use some times to sit on a little higher or behind my back if I want to push the chair back and not be in a reclined position. It has helped my repetitive strain immensely. I don't know that I'd recommend it to other people though. I have specific arm problems and I'm also an idiot.
