There’s really no point to being on LinkedIn if you aren’t in an active job search. Unless you really feel the need to be bombarded by desperate recruiters and to see whatever “inspirational” cat meme the secretary from three jobs ago is posting..

I've been reached out via LinkedIn for several job opportunities related to the organization I'm working with. A couple of these turned out to generate great value and revenue for both orgs.

I understand though that in most cases and most of the time LI is closer to your experience.

I mean this in the nicest way possible: please spend some time looking inward, rather than blaming others or society at large. I can tell from this one comment that you're not getting jobs for a whole different reason than you think.

This. I've never worked at FAANG, but recruiter spam stops for some time whenever I change companies.
