#6Not everyone has to be Steve Jobs. Millions of people are strong individual contributors who have very lucrative careers in tech.
Like a Belicheck says: Do Your Job. If the football holder does nothing but catch the ball and set it up correctly for the kicker every time, the team is going to succeed, rather than an 80% success rate with that 1% “above and beyond” play. Do Your Job and do it well. You’ll evolve from there.

#10My bet is you’re overworking yourself. Not necessarily just in work - you may be cramming too much into time you consider non-work as well.
If you give yourself true slack, and stimulate yourself during that slack (go for walks!), you’ll slowly uncover ideas.
