Same here, in the Netherlands. Seems like a global outage. Looking at user reports, it's been over an hour.

Not sure if Signal still uses AWS infrastructure (there were threats they'd be shut down at one point), but EBS us-east-1 is having some serious issues right now.

Down here in Vietnam, I couldn't send message on android nor PC ('disconneted' showed on PC app)
