If not, would you be willing to use such a service (FREE or PAID?) if it existed. And how much would you be willing to pay for such a service?
It’s called LinkedIn. You have to maintain your own profile but it has an audience of people looking to hire no other service has.
I was asking about a service that can pull data from GitHub (say the projects the user is actively committing currently), the active jobs on upwork, the reviews the developer got on those websites, and so forth.

Wow, there we have it, a person who has already implemented this idea a long time back. So what made you shutdown the service? Would you be willing to share your experience?
I'm working on something just like this: https://profiled.app . There's a lot of improvements to make still and I a lot of features I intend to add to make it much more than simply a data aggregator.
