I used a great one for FB until it stopped working, it blocked 95% of everything. Andrew Kelley had a good analogy in his Don't Take the Black Pill talk: > the user-facing software of Facebook is categorically, fundamentally coercive. It's like an arbitrary code execution exploit running on our brains. Scrolling down is the program counter, and the content that pops up is the instructions. https://andrewkelley.me/pos…

Write a browser plugin/userscript that, every time you hit / on facebook, redirects you to /?filter=all&sk=h_chr (In the age of AI it's better to DIY it, IMO, because it's one less bit of self-updating code you've downloaded from a stranger).

Thanks for the tip, the hidden feeds are much nicer.

I'd love to be able to filter the feed so it only shows me actual posts by my connections. I do not care about comments my connections made on strangers' posts, and I surely do not care about posts by strangers that my connections 'liked'. Anyone know if such a tool exists?

I did this months ago: https://github.com/Hogwai/LinkedinSponsorBlock It's more focused on promoted/suggested content

Are you able to get this script? Sounds delightful.

Not the author, but here you go: https://github.com/Hogwai/LinkedinSponsorBlock/

Hi. I'm the creator. It's available as an userscript (Violentmonkey/tampermonkey) and as browser extensions (firefox/chrome)
