Great website, but many a new feauture would require some backend work, so its a shame that isnt included considering how the high your monthly rate is

That's just the super high US salaries. Hire from elsewhere in the world, and you'll spend significantly less. Designshippers' team is Kazakh, Pakistani, and Dutch. You won't be paying anywhere close to even 18k/mo in those countries.
