Obsidian app with it's latest "bases" feature (or Dataview plugin) would work nicely for this.

Mindlessness is a positive thing here. You don't have to think, just follow the moves, hit your goals and the numbers will naturally go up over time.

One simple solution is to buy a cheap used phone. Every app is made for flagships now. You'll still be able to use the apps, but everything will lag.
