in Scrum you have 50% chance of success/failure for each sprint..so might be that is just normal not a problem unless you have 100% fail rate.

The problem is not about automation or manual but creating and maintaining a good test plan (including exploratory tests). And we just simply cannot rely on engineer for good test …
