At Bridge, I’m building an end-to-end platform helping CS teams say yes to customer requests in minutes, without engineering overhead. This requires rethinking APIs, MCPs, interfaces, and business models from the ground up.

I’m interested in building simple abstractions over complex systems, and in shaping how products are designed when customer success teams won't be blocked by engineering backlogs.
