I'm at Google and I think only L7+ are getting that much, and that's not many people. I'm an L5 and my RSUs are less than 1/4 that.

Just to add another data point. I'm a Google L5, and make nowhere near $400K. My RSUs would have to quadruple in order to even get close to that. I think your idea of a normal L5-6…
