LinkedIn is indeed a tough place to have a talk with customers, even though it has great amount of people. This buildrappo sounds like a good option.

I don't think that will work for me, since I needed something that can handle mistakes in the words, like Du'ha to duha etc, Rahman to rehman, basically whatever looks closest.

Can you do fuzzy search with it?
