Nope, Even if you go to Settings -> cookies then delete the cookies one by one. The cookies just come back magically. I completely stopped using Chrome for this reason.

Latest version of Chrome doesn't remove Google cookies when you clear browsing data. I feel like Google is adding super cookies to track users even after clearing browser data.
