I was tired of losing track of my important chats, so I built this extension; hopefully, it will help you as well. Kinda sad this doesn't already exist natively.

It basically offers a much better user experience, than manually bookmarking each link

That is a perfect use case for having an extension like this. It makes it easier for you to jump back into a previous conversation and is primarily what I use for as well.
