Rich works hard to find new and better methods for franchise lead generation. He has launched and continues to work to grow his own website, Franchise Buzz. He is dedicated in an attempt to improve the quality of the lead generation industry for franchise brokers and franchises. He is most recently, working on a new campaign to "call-verify" leads.
