    I thought type hints in Python were dumb until I combined them with VSCode. Holy cow the autocomplete and tool tips are incredible, there’s no way I could go back.

    Agree the kibi- mebi- etc is more clear and resolves a lot of the confusion. Better yet would be to drop the base 2 measures entirely.

    Yes. Backend dev is “clean” relatively speaking, which is why most devs prefer it. Frontend you will always be dealing with someone else’s obscure framework.
