Your list does not seem to be accurate. For example, "How to train your dragon" is on sale in iTunes UK.

It's about travelling and therefore going to be highly seasonal. You need to see data from a couple of years to really see a trend.

It seems the textbook category is not available in the UK. Or is it?? I can't see it.
