About osmihi

As VP of Engineering at Kipsu, I lead engineering and product development efforts at the company and am responsible for the development, delivery and maintenance of its software products and infrastructure. In my first two years with the company, we scaled Kipsu's product and systems to support 12x growth while developing a growing, highly effective team of young engineers.

Throughout my career, I have focused on developing unique and creative solutions to solve real world problems and continue to practice my belief that a small group of talented, motivated individuals united around a common purpose can accomplish amazing things.
