    You could try kiwi browser or Firefox mobile, they are compatible with some desktop extensions (not on iOS)

    In some games you can at least move some meters around if you have roomscale VR. But for every bigger movement than that you have to use teleportation.

    We also get robocalls, had a few cases where neighbours got contacted by "Microsoft support". But one can report to the Bundesnetzagentur. Don't know how effective they are.
