Yeah and the threat of banning Holmes from the industry pretty stern. I'm surprised that the word "fraud" hasn't been used by the investigating bodies yet.

I think it'll be a while before we are out of the woods on this one. The culprits continue to thumb their nose at the FCC and openly challenge their authority.

Maybe this shouldn't have been called a law. Maybe, "Moore's observation" or "Moore's postulation" would have been more apt.
