About monfresh

I'm the creator of Ruby on Mac (rubyonmac.dev): the easiest, fastest, and most reliable way to set up, restore, and maintain a proper Ruby dev environment on a Mac. It's the result of helping 100K+ people over the past 12 years, and 100+ hours of research and testing on 4 Macs.

Before that, I spent 8 years in Civic Tech working on open source Rails projects that serve millions of people, such as login.gov. I also helped teams save 3 to 7 work-months per year through automating manual tasks and dev workflows, speeding up onboarding and test suites, improving code quality and maintainability, and improving developer happiness.

I'm curious to find out how widespread automation is within the iOS and Android Dev/QA communities, and what tools are being used. After trying many different tools, I chose Calaba…

I would be interested in such a plugin as well. Given that I have a very unique name (Moncef Belyamani) and that I've had an online presence for quite some time, I've owned the fir…

I appreciate the feedback, but you posted that line out of context. I did not simply provide a shortened URL without any explanation. I linked to the official Homebrew installation…

My tutorial ( http://www.moncefbelyamani.com/how-to-install-xcode-homebrew... ) is mentioned in the article, and at the time I wrote it (back in March), those were the steps necess…

This looks fantastic. I'm currently writing my first practical Rails app and using APIs for the first time (the Tumblr API specifically). The app works, but I need to move the API …
