How does this work along with browser caches ?

Every app, for some unexplained reason, wants full access to my phone. This is a huge security/privacy problem for me. I think web apps can solve this problem.

Check out http://www.code.org , the courses and levels are well done for beginners in programming. I use it to teach my 6 yr old.
