About lazyGeneral

"There are four types of soldiers. The first are the dumb and lazy. These I make my infantrymen. The second are the smart and energetic. These I make my field commanders. The third type are the smart and lazy. These I make my generals."

"That's just three types. What of the dumb and energetic?"

  "I have them shot."
Do the most, with the least. That is a worthy goal for the lazy general.

Now, I don't shoot the dumb and energetic, but I don't take them out to the fields.

I do believe everyone can be improved and we all move around these 4 spheres quite a bit.

There is also something to be said for that field commander. We need him. Without him, nothing gets done.
