Pretty sure USB-C being on a sub-board only applies to t480s not t480.

On virtually all t480's I've seen having a broken USB-C port it was only the left one (some people don't even realize there are two!) so you can charge using the second one and sin…

there's both the bad firmware issue and ports physically failing on a lot of t480s

So I assume you know that tangled being ATProto-based was the reason for going there? And please explain how it's not a choice when they are still on GitHub.

I'd love to hear why they chose a VC funded forge over e.g. Codeberg. Doesn't really fit the 'friendly language' claim IMO

Am I missing something or isn't sol/lunar 5.6 only out for like 3 hours? How did you evaluate?

I am pretty sure I read that Bees would be capable of taking care of mites themselves, but taking away their honey puts them in constant food stress, thus suppressing that behavior…

As far as I know VSH is suppressed when you take away the honey. Taking away the honey puts the colony in constant food stress, which suppresses reproductive work.

I was using Street Complete for some time and was always wondering if using these apps is considered helpful or if it only creates churn/noise. Is there a general consensus on that…

I know, that's why it'd be an alternative to "in the last millenium" if they try to use the largest time frame that just ended.

To me being VC funded is the opposite to "structurally resistant to the lock-in". I'm not against VC funding everywhere, but I don't want it at the core of my development stack.
